Your delivery is ready!
Please read through the steps we are asking our customers and delivery teams to take to keep everybody safe:
With the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff being paramount, room of choice deliveries will not be able to take place if:
- Anybody in the household is suffering from covid19 symptoms
- Anybody in the household has been asked to isolate under the government track and trace scheme.
On the day of delivery our team will call ahead to make sure this is not the case.
Prior to delivery please ensure the room is well ventilated with windows open.
Our delivery teams will be wearing masks; and sanitising in-between each delivery.
We will take your furniture to your room of choice, unpack, set up and take away the packaging, whilst this is being done we ask that you vacate the room and maintain strict social distancing.
