It is with great sadness that all branches of Collingwood Batchellor Ltd are temporarily closed until further notice.

The directors would like to thank all our staff and customers for your continued and loyal support even in these uncertain times.

Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected by this unprecedented situation.

We have tried to answer some of your most common questions below:


Can I still place an order?

Absolutely our stores may be closed but our website is still very much up and running.


Can my order still be delivered with the current restrictions?

Smaller items such as Linens and Homewares are able to be delivered as normal.

With the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff being paramount, we are currently unable to operate our usual 2 man delivery service to your room of choice. These deliveries will resume just as soon as restrictions are relaxed.

Can I collect my order from a store?

Regrettably all of our stores are currently closed, we cannot currently offer collection.


I have an existing furniture order when will it be delivered?

Excluding our Straight to your door products, many of our suppliers both home and abroad are currently closed or operating with a reduced workforce, regrettably this will undoubtedly mean there will be delays.

I have a problem with my furniture, will the issue still be resolved?

We will of course do everything we can to resolve any issues as soon as possible, however we are somewhat limited with a number of our suppliers being closed and key technician networks not currently operating.

Rest assured any issue we can't resolve now will be logged to be properly dealt with just as soon restrictions are relaxed.
