To avoid disappointment when buying goods online, we offer a no-questions-asked free return policy to all our online and telephone customers. This means that if you are unhappy in any way with the items you've received, we'll provide you with a full refund on your order, although you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us. Please ensure that the product is kept in reasonable care and is returned to us unused.

In order for us to process your refund, it is important that you contact us within 7 working days via email or by phone. If the item has arrived to you faulty, we can offer a full refund or replacement of the item itself at no extra charge to yourself.
