*Local areas include Surrey, Sussex and parts of Kent. Not all items included - please see exceptions below.

**£60 delivery covers England and Wales. We do not deliver to Scotland or Northern Ireland at this time.


Exceptions and More Information:

£60 & £90 Delivery

If you qualify for the £60 delivery service then the charge is for the whole order and not per item. No matter how many items you order, you'll only be charged the one fee.

The full delivery charge is always shown before payment on the checkout screen.

Heavy Goods 

Where goods are over a certain weight or an extra delivery person is required, delivery will be restricted to local post codes at our discretion. This only concerns products from our Deku collection. If you live further afield, please feel free to double check by calling 01293 224859.

Pictures & Mirrors

Due to the fragile nature of these items we are limiting delivery to local post codes. The delivery charge for these products is £25, although free delivery is available on any mirror/picture order over £399.

Small Item Delivery

The delivery charge of small items, such as linens, is calculated based on the weight of your order.

Delivery times vary from product to product and are clearly marked on each product page. Please note: the expected delivery date quoted at the time of your order is based on the current information available. Whilst we always make every effort to honour this date, it is an estimate only.

Delivery is dispatched by one of our trusted carriers. Any claim regarding shortages or damaged merchandise must be advised within a reasonable period by phoning 01293 782404 or emailing

Furniture Delivery

When you spend £299 or over, we will deliver your items free of charge when delivering to Surrey, Sussex and parts of Kent. To the rest of England and Wales, we charge a flat rate of £60. We are not able to deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK postal areas at this current time.

Once your goods are delivered to our warehouse, a member of our deliveries team will get in touch to arrange a convenient date for delivery. Where needed, we can hold your goods up to a period of 28 days free of charge.

Our two-man delivery service is carried out by a team of experienced, professional and courteous drivers. When delivering outside Surrey, Sussex and parts of Kent, we use an external delivery company who offer the same service nationwide.

If you can no longer take delivery on the arranged date and as we arrange our delivery routes in advance, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours before to let us know you’re unable to accept delivery. If you are unable to do this, we may have to recharge you for delivery on another date.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Collingwood Batchellor and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item and have decided not to keep it, we will provide a full refund on your order.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt in a new, unused condition. Where a collection is required this will be at your own cost.

Bespoke, handmade items, that are made to your specifications, such as sofas and armchairs, are not included in the above return policy. We cannot accept returns for these items unless faulty, so please carefully consider your choice before making a purchase.
