**£60 delivery covers England and Wales. We do not deliver to Scotland or Northern Ireland at this time.

The delivery charges for medium sized products are £10 an order. This includes rugs, lighting, pictures, mirrors and wall clocks.

The charges of small items, such as linens, is calculated based on the weight of your order. For orders over the value of £40.00, delivery is free of charge.

Times vary from product to product and are clearly marked on each product page. Please note: the expected delivery date quoted at the time of your order is based on the current information available. Whilst we always make every effort to honour this date, it is an estimate only.

Items are dispatched by one of our trusted carriers. Any claim regarding shortages or damaged merchandise must be advised within a reasonable period by phoning 01293 782404 or emailing [email protected].

When you spend £299 or over, we will deliver your items free of charge when delivering to Surrey, Sussex and parts of Kent. To the rest of England and Wales, we charge a flat rate of £60. We are not able to deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland or non-mainland UK postal areas at this current time.

Once your goods are delivered to our warehouse, a member of our deliveries team will get in touch to arrange a convenient date for delivery. Where needed, we can hold your goods up to a period of 28 days free of charge.

Our two-man delivery service is carried out by a team of experienced, professional and courteous drivers. When delivering outside Surrey, Sussex and parts of Kent, we use an external delivery company who offer the same service nationwide.

If you can no longer take delivery on the arranged date, we ask that you contact us at least 24 hours beforehand as we arrange our delivery routes in advance. If you are unable to do this, we may have to recharge you for delivery on another date.

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Collingwood Batchellor and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. If you wish to return an item and have decided not to keep it, we will provide a full refund on your order.

In order to qualify for a full refund, please contact us within 7 working days from the day after your delivery date, putting your request in writing to Collingwood Batchellor, 46-48 Victoria Road, Horley, Surrey, RH6 7QE or via email to [email protected].

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt in a new, unused condition. Where a collection is required this will be at your own cost.

Bespoke, handmade items, that are made to your specifications, such as sofas and armchairs, are not included in the above return policy. We cannot accept returns for these items unless faulty, so please carefully consider your choice before making a purchase.
