Full Time – Customer Service Advisor – Based at our Crawley Head Office

What you will be doing:

  • Delivering an efficient customer service experience to our customers, providing them with timely and accurate information over the phone and in writing.
  • Problem solving and proactively seeking opportunities to prevent any future customer service failures.
  • Logging incidents on our system
  • Liaising with suppliers, regarding a quick and efficient way to resolve the customers complaint.
  • Work as part of a team within an office environment.
