Local Delivery Service

If you are due to have delivery of your furniture and you’re wondering what delivery entails, here is a short snippet of what you can expect.

Once your goods are delivered to our warehouse, a member of our deliveries team will get in touch to arrange a convenient date for delivery (we deliver Monday through Friday). Our two-man delivery service is carried out by a team of experienced, professional, and courteous drivers. When delivering outside of Surrey, Sussex, and parts of Kent, we use an external delivery company that offers the same service nationwide.

Delivery times vary from product to product and are clearly marked on each product page.

As part of our initiatives to go above and beyond for our customers, our delivery service includes an assembly assistance. For products that are delivered flat packed; bedsteads, wardrobes and swivel chairs, we can build the furniture in the comfort of your own home, for an additional price.

Products that require assembly will be outlined by your sales-consultant in advance and outlined our website. Items online will state they are packed for self assembly, however if you are local to us, you can add the assembly service to your order when we arrange delivery with you.

Removing the stress of having to make arrangements for your existing furniture, we can arrange the removal and disposal for you. Starting from £20 for smaller items such as chest of drawers, we can remove your old furniture for a fee.
